When you don't need the clothesline, you can simply fold it down flat and then when you're ready to go, again, just simply grab it at the middle, lift it up and the arms automatically lock into position on the sides.
Eco 270 Up Close:
With the Eco 270 range of fold down clotheslines, we have five pre-set depth options, depth being the distance out from the wall:
- 0.6m
- 0.75m
- 0.9m
- 1.2m
- 1.5m
The further out from the wall means you're gonna get more line and more line space.
So at the end of the day, it just depends on the size of area you've got to work with and what depth is gonna be the best option for you.
With the Eco Clotheslines range, you can also add an optional lowline attachment.
This is a slightly lower section at the back of the clothesline that gives you three additional drying lines.
So it's a handy option to add if you're really looking to maximise your line spacing in that 250 centimetre wide area.
It attaches to the main frame and goes up and down with the clothesline when it's lowered and raised.
But if you don't need it on any given day, it simply unhooks from the main frame and folds flat to the wall.

The two main type of ground mount kits are the standard ground mount kit and the plated ground mount kit.
The former is for anchoring the clothesline in grass/soil area with concrete footings and can easily be done by your or our clothesline professionals.
