Lifestyle Clotheslines can ship to most locations within mainland Australia; however, there may be some restrictions.

While we are constantly working with logistical companies to guarantee a hassle-free experience for all our customers, delivery to certain areas such as Tasmania, Remote & Regional WA, Far North QLD, and the NT is currently not possible.

Outlying islands of Australia and some rural zones on the mainland may incur additional charges, or shipping to these locations may not be possible at all.

Our free shipping offer (depending on the time of purchase, subject to change without prior notice) may apply to most areas within Australia. However, for some locations, we may be unable to offer free shipping.

Feel free to get in touch with us to arrange payment for any possible additional shipping costs.

Customers situated in remote locations may also find that transport companies do not deliver directly to their doorstep. Therefore, it may be necessary to collect your order from the closest depot.

While a specific request to the transport company for direct delivery to your address may be feasible, it may incur additional charges.

Rest assured that we are working hard to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible and to extend our delivery reach as far as we can.

Delivery times are based on the availability of purchased items and we make every effort to have most orders delivered within 2-9 working days from date of order (may take more time depending on your location).

Please keep in mind that some products are 'Made to Order' and therefore, may take a little longer than the aforementioned lead times.

Rural and regional areas can take longer, approximately 12 to 19 working days.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will also cover the cost for return shipping if the cause is a result of error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return postage is payable by the customer unless outlined above.

At the time of the return request, you will be notified of the location and address that the product is to be sent to.

If you have already contacted Lifestyle Clotheslines and been approved for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you may receive the refund earlier.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the logistics company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the transfer of funds (5 to 10 business days).
