What colours does the Versaline Broadline come in? Versaline's metal parts are available in powder coated 'Surfmist' or polished Stainless Steel, and the nylon components are black with a beige cord. I want to install a Versaline clothesline from a wall to a post, however one bracket needs to be mounted at right angles to the wall. How can this be achieved? This is achievable with the use of the '90 Degree Mount Plate', which may be purchased to mount the Versaline bracket perpendicular to the wall. This accessory comes with mounting screws to attach the bracket to the mounting plate. Do you have to adjust the tension of the lines every time you put the Broadline Clothesline unit back up again? Line tension only needs to be adjusted occasionally, just as is required with any other clothesline brand. This is easily achieved by undoing the line clamp with a phillips-head screw driver, pulling the line to the desired tension and re-tightening the clamp screw. I have two posts that I want to install my Broadline Clothesline on. Do I require the 90 Degree Mounting Plate? No, the 90 Degree Mounting Plate is an accessory only to be used when you need to install the Versaline Brackets perpendicular to a wall. For example, if you wanted to install a Versaline Broadline from a wall to a post or wall to an opposing wall. Will the middle of the Broadline Clothesline sag with heavy items like towels, given a span of 5 metres? Yes, 5 metres is a long span so the lines will sag when loaded, just like any other clothesline over that length. This does not interfere with the operation of the clothesline, however if it does personally bother you, you can purchase the Extended version which provides a centre support. Does the Versaline Broadline come with the frame and the line, or does the line need to be purchased separately? All Versaline Broadline units come with sufficient cord to provide the specified capacity. Can the Versaline Broadline be mounted to a weatherboard house? Yes, but ensure you fix the Versaline wall brackets to a stud behind the weatherboard.
