Can I remove the Rotary 7 from the ground so I can store away if I want to use the space for something else? Yes, the Rotary 7 is designed to lift out with a ground socket, this is what is cemented into the ground at the time of installation. The centre pole of the clothesline simply slots into this socket and locks the pole into place. A cap is provided to place over the socket when the clothesline is removed. Is there any other colours available for the Rotary 7? No, this model is available in either Ocean Breeze (Blue) or Forest Glade (Green) Can I fold up the clothesline and store away? Yes, the Rotary 7 uses a ground socket system so you can fold the arms upwards and place the line retainer cord around the arms and remove the whole clothesline out of the ground. How does the Rotary 7 compare to other, similar clotheslines? Can I get a waterproof cover for the Rotary 7 clothesline? Yes, you will see an option on the right hand side of this page under the title Add Clothesline Cover, this is the correct size suitable for the Hills Rotary 7. Hills Smart Pegs are an innovative new design in pegs, they have a contemporay look to them and have a nice soft moulded grip with a stainless steel spring for greater durability.The perfect additon to your new Rotary 7 clothesline. Can I get a Laundry trolley to hold my clothes basket? Yes, there is an option above on the right hand side called 'Add Laundry Trolley', this is the Hills Panier Laundry Trolley that has a high handle design so you don't have to bend over and a nifty built in peg basket to store your Hills Smart Pegs. Can I order an extra ground socket so that I can have two different locations for my clothesline? Yes, you will find the Hills Rotary Ground Socket available separately under our ‘Accessories’ category or simply use the search function towards the top of the page. How easy are they to install? If you are reasonably handy then you can do this yourself. All models come with complete instructions to do the job successfully. They come in two sections, the top half is already pre-wired ready to go. If you are unsure we do offer an installation service in most capital cities around Australia.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and as a general rule we make every effort to have most orders delivered within 2 - 9 working days from date of order depending on your location within Australia and the product purchased.
Please keep in mind some products are of a 'Made to Order' nature and may take a little longer. Rural and regional areas can take longer, up to approx. 12 - 19 working days.
If you have ordered installation or want to have your new clothesline installed by one of our professional installers, please see the steps below which outline the order/installation process.
Step 1. Place your order online or over the phone by calling 1300 798 779
Step 2. Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) and the details of your order are then sent to the warehouse and the appropriate installer.
Step 3. Depending on the product you have chosen and your location the clothesline will either be picked up from the warehouse or sent by courier to the installer.
Step 4. Once the clothesline installer has the clothesline and he is ready to do your installation, he will call you directly on the phone number provided to arrange the installation day with you. Please make sure you provide the most contactable phone number/s. The installer will bring the clothesline with him on the day of installation.
Step 5. This process generally takes approx. 1 - 3 weeks depending on seasonal demand.
