Great! It was fairly simple to set up, the delivery was like, 2 weeks? Or even earlier, I can’t remember. Really sturdy and such a perfect height. Low enough for my 9 year old to help with the washing, but high enough so that I never have to bend down or strain my back. Will never go back to cheap washing lines from Kmart/Target again.
Very happy with clothesline. I would recommend this product, good quality and easy to use.
This a wonderful product and a great clothesline, and delivery was prompt. During the COVID restrictions it only took an extra couple of days to arrive from interstate. It can take queen size linen easily, but can also dry king size quilts and sheets by draping it over multiple lines. Make sure you follow the instructions for construction carefully, and having someone check and assist with assembly is recommended. My husband and I made a great team, making construction a lot easier. Make sure when you are fitting the actual line to the clothesline you don't leave too much of a loose end at the starting point on each arm. My advice is fold the line in half and make sure there is enough line to finish, as leaving too little at the end means the last line may unfasten and you need to rethread the line as we did by mistake. My fault for having put a load of washing on and was hurrying up my poor husband as he threaded the line and fastened it by himself before the load finished. This a problem easily avoided if you take your time.
We found both the diagrams and the video confusing and when we got it together it didn't look like the pictures. Still, it's up and working fine generally and easy to move. However if we try to hang a business shirt from the plastic arch between the poles, as advertised, the bottoms drag on the ground.
We had one for 10 years and unfortunately it reached the end of its life cycle when it was blown over in a recent storm. We are thrilled to be able to obtain a new one from Lifestyle recently. Being able to easily move the Clothes line on our patio and inside when needed is great and the finishes on the product protect the floor from marking when moved. We do usually anchor it most times in case of strong winds, as our patio is quite exposed.
Hi Helen, we are glad that you like you new clothesline and thank you for you review.
