Lifestyle Clotheslines can ship to most locations in mainland Australia, however there are some restrictions on the locations of Remote Tasmania, Remote WA, Far North QLD and the NT with delivery to these areas not possible. Outlying islands off the mainland of Australia may incur additional charges or shipping to these areas may not be possible at all. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
Our free shipping offer(if applicable at time of ordering) delivers to most areas around Australia but for some regional areas the transport companies may not deliver direct to your door and you may have to pick up from their closest depot. A request to the transport company for delivery to your door may incur charges.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and as a general rule we make every effort to have most orders delivered within 2-9 working days from date of order depending on your location within Australia and the product purchased.
Please keep in mind some products are of a 'Made to Order' nature and may take a little longer. Rural and regional areas can take longer, up to approx. 12 - 19 working days.
You may return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return postage is payable by the customer unless outlined above.
At the time of the return request you will be notified of the location and address that the product will need to be returned to.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
