It can be easily be modified in width by trimming down the bar at the front of the clothesline to make it exactly the size you want.

As far as an exact clothesline at 310cm, there's not really anything stock standard off the shelf, so you'll have to look into getting something like the Austral Compact 39, or potentially, the Eco 300.

Standard Ground Mount Installation

- Ground mounting of the clothesline free standing with the use of an additional ground mount kit.

Installation into a soil/grass area with the legs concreted into the ground.

Plated Ground Mount Installation

- Ground mounting of the clothesline unit to a flat concrete slab area with the use of a plated ground mount kit.

The plated mount kit  has plates on the legs for bolting down to the concrete.
