Description

Eco Lowline Attachment

This optional accessory adds 3 extra lines to your clothesline. It may be attached to any of the Eco foldown clotheslines to increase the total line space of your clothesline.

The Lowline attachment sits 400mm below the main frame and is either attached to the main frame so it moves up and down when the main frame is folded, or it can be detached from the main frame and folded flat to the wall if not required.

The units the Eco Lowline attachment fits include:

  • Eco 240 Clothesline
  • Eco 300 Clothesline
  • Eco Dual Frame Clothesline

Note: The Lowline attachment cannot be added to an existing clothesline as the wall brackets need to be longer to accommodate the Lowline.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and as a general rule we make every effort to have most orders delivered within 2 - 9 working days from date of order depending on your location within Australia and the product purchased.

Please keep in mind some products are of a 'Made to Order' nature and may take a little longer. Rural and regional areas can take longer, up to approx. 12 - 19 working days.

Installation

If you have ordered installation or want to have your new clothesline installed by one of our professional installers, please see the steps below which outline the order/installation process.

Step 1. Place your order online or over the phone by calling 1300 798 779

Step 2. Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) and the details of your order are then sent to the warehouse and the appropriate installer.

Step 3. Depending on the product you have chosen and your location the clothesline will either be picked up from the warehouse or sent by courier to the installer.

Step 4. Once the clothesline installer has the clothesline and he is ready to do your installation, he will call you directly on the phone number provided to arrange the installation day with you. Please make sure you provide the most contactable phone number/s. The installer will bring the clothesline with him on the day of installation.

Step 5. This process generally takes approx. 1 - 3 weeks depending on seasonal demand.

Feedback

Reasonably good. Suggest the 2 support arms of the lowline be rotated so the hooks face the opposite direction to that shown in the assembly sketches as the hooks get caught in the cord of the stowed main clothes line. Even when rotated, the 2 support arms rest against the wires of the stowed main line and stick out a little. Perhaps placing a slight bend in the support arm will overcome this, however, the support arms would have to be made slightly longer to do this. Also, unsure why the inner main fold-a-way main line now uses press buttons to support the frame as opposed to the lift up to retract mechanism as per the outer line. The lift up to stow on earlier versions is much better. And finally, the line is installed in an exposed coastal environment so I would prefer the bolts, nuts and washers to be class 316 stainless steel. I fear the connections supplied will rust. Thankyou for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Very well made clothesline which is perfect for our use. Very easily installed - and not made in China so is destined to last! Thoroughly recommended.

ECO Clothes Lines

I put this up myself. Been using it for a few weeks. Very good product. Lines just a little close together. Other than that, its a great product.
