Terms and Conditions

All items supplied are new goods.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Any item presented on this site have been provided in good faith with the understanding that will be available at the time of sale. If for any reason at all they are not, the buyer will be notified directly by the seller.
We will strive to send goods as quickly as humanly possible and notify buyers with any delays incurred.
Lifestyle Clotheslines is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by countries other than Australia in respect to delivery of international orders.

1) Our products are guaranteed against defect in material or workmanship under normal domestic use, for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
2) To obtain service under guarantee, the product should be returned to the company, freight prepaid.
3) Proof of date or purchase must accompany the product.
4) Except as otherwise provided by law, this guarantee becomes invalid if, in the opinion of the company, the product has been misused, abused, damaged in transit or incorrectly installed.
5) DISCLAIMER: This warranty and the obligations of its manufacturer does not extend to incidental and /or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
6) Nothing contained in this warranty in intended to purport, to restrict, modify or exclude the operation of any of the provisions contained in Part V of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (amended) or any similar or substituted enactment.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Consumers are not entitled to a refund when they:

change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods.
are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased.
are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, or misusing the product.

At the discretion of company management returns can be made within 14 days of purchase.

If returns are accepted there will be a re-stocking fee of between 20%-40% of the original purchase price excluding all shipping charges.

All return postage will be at the expense of the purchaser and delivered to the address stipulated by management.
