Great quality, easy installation

Ordering was easy and the product arrived well packaged. All parts were of excellent quality and it was relatively straightforward to put up. Use of a long drill bit is suggested for getting through the ceiling to the wooden joists. The pulleys also arrive with their thread rods attached. If you unscrew these from the pulleys you can fit them to your cordless drill and use that to screw them into the pilot holes. Just take care not to let the chuck slip or you will tear apart the thread that goes into the pulleys.

Fabulous product. As the heat rises drying my clothes at ceiling height works beautifully! We love our new drying system and what a relief on the electricity bill.
