It pulls out and retracts easily and appears to be very sturdy. It looks as though it will be very easy to install.

The Cordomatic is easy to install and quick to setup. With it's swing hinge you can mount to any surface and just angle it to the direction required. It has been raining for the last 2 weeks, so it has been put to the test and performs perfectly. I personally would not use it for a primary clothes line, but definitely recommended for the out of the weather fall-back line when it is raining.

We bought this as temporary solution to winter clothes drying 35 years ago. It is pulled out between two posts in our loft 36 feet apart. Still retracts like a jack rabbit. I think it might last 100 years!! Thanks to the manufactuers of the 'CORDOMATIC' Mike & Pam
