The range on offer has many different styles and designs for you to choose from, plus you also have the option of going with the more traditional timber and cast iron look from the UK or a more modern design and manufactured ceiling airer. To help you decide on what type of ceiling mounted clothesline will best suit your homes situation, we have many images, faq's and customer videos that can help you make the most informed decision for your living area.
For the most part when customers are looking at what option will be the best for them, they generally tend to go with the biggest size ceiling airer they can get that fits into their available space options. The most popular ceiling clothesline that is purchased is the 6 Lath Supreme ceiling airer as this has 6 timber laths, cast iron ends and pulley wheels, plus comes in a range of sizes to suit most home situations.
Ceiling mounted clothesline models or ceiling drying racks as they are also known have been around for many years, particulary in the UK and Europe where they are common place. It is only in the last few years that this style of indoor ceiling mounted airer has really taken off in Australia, with many units being delivered to customers in Melbourne, across Victoria and Tasmania. Many of the newer ceiling clothesline models now have fibreglass rods which makes the units lighter, but the majority of customers still purchase the UK style airer with the cast iron ends and timber lath look and feel.
There are many colour options available including colours such as black, burgundy, white, pewter, ivory, green, blue and lacquer. Colour options are dependant on the model and we have also recently added the brass and chrome airers to the range we carry here in Australia.
