"Easy purchase... They even called me to make sure I had the right colour"
It matches the house, and was very quick to install. It's a really quality product. There's enough line there so I never have to worry about running out. Thanks Lifestyle Clotheslines.

"The best clothesline in the world.. It even takes King size sheets"
Our old clothesline didn't do that at all. It even comes with two compartments, so when you don't need to use the big one, you can use the little one.

"It's great to move around in our small backyard to catch the sun."
I purchased from Lifestyle Clotheslines over the Net. It's very handy. It's good for when it's raining. Thanks for my Hills Lifestyle Clothesline, it's really great.

The clothesline was delivered promptly and fully met my expectations. I needed to re-read the instructions a couple of times to understand exactly what was meant, but in the end got it assembled and up without any problems. Now that we have been using it for a couple of weeks we are completely satisfied with it, and it was handy to be able to re-tension the lines after they sagged slightly after initial use.
Good value for money too.

Hi, Just to let you know my Austral Standard 28 Clothesline was delivered and installed yesterday. Very happy with the line and the people who you had install it. They worked very quickly and efficiently, even in the heavy Newcastle rain. Will recommend to my friends. Many thanks.

Purchased the austral clothesline and had it delivered within days. The price was right and the size is perfect for my family wash days. It hangs my queen size sheets without any overlaps. I especially love the fold down option and was surprised it didnt take up to much wall space- very tidy. My only complaint if I had to... the click mechanism to open and close the line could be a little easier to use

My recent purchase of an Austral Standard 28 fold down clothesline was a perfect experience from beginning to end. The telephone support was friendly and professional; my purchase was delivered within a week of ordering by yet another friendly, smiling professional. After speaking to the installer I had a date set for a few days later. The installation was completed perfectly, the old line was taken away and the yard was left neat and tidy. I am extremely happy with the height, size and working of the new product. Sincere thanks to all for a great job well done.

We love our new Austral wall-mounted clothesline, it's a big change from the old 1960s Hills Hoist.
My only initial concern about the change from the old hills hoist to the new wall-mounted clothesline was the potentially reduced hanging space for clothes and bedlinen, however, I have found that this Austral model with 28 metres of line space has oodles of space for my family of four.
I also love how it easily folds away into the wall, maximising the space around the house and leaving the garden more open.
Thanks for making the ordering process so easy! It was delivered within five days of my payment.
Yes you can but you will just need to make sure the mounting brackets align with the structural supports in the wall. If not you may be able to customise the width of the clothesline(see above) to suit the supports. Another solution would be to purchase a Ground Mount Kit(if available) with the clothesline and install it freestanding in front of the wall.
A general rule of thumb is to install the top bolt of the fixing bracket at approx. 50mm above the users head height. An average height is approx. 1800mm but you can adjust this to suit your requirements.
